our products

All our products are stamped in Spain with the “digital” technique. After printed at the factory, our designs pass to a “thermofixing process”, which guarantees that the color does not change over time.

In order that products preserves its original state as well as possible we recommend that they should be washed inside out, by hand and with neutral soaps.

All our products are made and produced in unbleached organic cotton using the “digital printing” technique.

We produce and make all our products in small workshops in Spain (Madrid and Valencia).

Returns & Exchanges

Our goal is total customer satisfaction.

To proceed with the product devolution, you must request the devolution by email, within a period not exceeding 10 business days following the date of receipt of the product, letting us know the reason for the devolution and including the list of products that make it up.

All returns will have to be previously authorized by the seller and inexcusably returned by the means of transport that it indicates.

MON products are packed in compliance with current transport regulations and in order to ensure optimal protection of the products during shipment. The Customer is requested to respect these same rules when making returns of products, whether in the context of an after-sales service or for convenience return. MON reserves the right to claim a partial refund of the product in the event that its resale is impossible in its condition or in the event of aggravation of the indicated technical problem.

The right of cancellation will be applicable as long as the MON products are returned in the same conditions in which the client have received them, with their complete original packaging, labels and any other accessory related to them.

The invoice or a copy of it must be attached in case of returning part of the order.

Upon receiving canceled order at the MON warehouse, we will determine if the items we have received are in the same condition in which they were shipped.
Items that have been returned damaged, incomplete, deteriorated, used or dirty will not be refunded and will be made available to the sending Customer and re-sent postage due.

If the previously established conditions regarding deadlines, communications and, where appropriate, the status of the items are met, the amount of the order will be refunded to the customer within a period not exceeding 15 days.

shipping & delivery

The shipments of the articles will be made through the courier company selected by MON, once the payment has been verified.

The shipping costs have been established according to the current cost of sending packages to national and international territory.

Transport expenses can be granted free of charge and in a timely manner within the framework of actions carried out by MON.

The delivery time will be from 2 to 5 days from the acceptance of the order for shipments in Spain (working days). For international shipments it depends on the destination, for more information write to us at info@moncollection.com
